Yes, you will need a new account specifically for our integrations. Our integrations are a new way of placing dropshipped orders with us and are separate from our manual order forms.
Will your integrations work with my existing store?
Yes, there is no need to create a new store or recreate your products on our app. Our integrations will connect to your store and sync your existing products for us to fulfil.
I also sell other products in my store that you do not offer; how does that work?
Once you have connected your store to our app and synced your products, you can switch on only those you want us to print and fulfil. You can also do this with variants - switching them on or off - within a specific product.
I've not used your services before. Can I see a sample pack of your papers?

Are payments for my orders collected through your app?
No, we will invoice you for each order sent to us. You can make a payment using our invoice via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Can I send you stationery/stickers to use on your packaging?
You can send us business cards, stickers, and flyers, and we will include them in your orders. You can also order single-sided postcards and stickers from our website here.

Do you offer International shipping?
Yes, we can send your orders from our UK studio to your customers anywhere in the world. We offer both Standard and Tracked Airmail for print-only orders, and we have couriers available for larger framed prints, stretched canvas prints and mounted prints. You can view pricing on our website here.
How do I send you my images?
We have two different options available. You'll need to implement one of these ahead of your first orders being sent to us.
- Set up a shared folder on Dropbox or Google Drive and invite us to view the files via our hello@dstudiouk.com email address.
- Send your images to us via your favourite cloud transfer service, such as Wetransfer.com and we'll store your files securely offline.
