  • Communication Data: Data from communications with customers, including emails and messages, is retained for 3 years from the date of the communication, to ensure quality control and for customer service purposes.

  • Secure erasure of electronic data to ensure it cannot be recovered.
  • Shredding of physical documents containing personal data.
